"Supposed to be here at 11:30 on 9/10 at 12:30 still no one had shown. Called the office no one answered left a message by 1:30 no one had called me back so I called again. The lady seemed surprised that no one had shown. Said she would contact the workmen and call me back. At 3:30 I still had not received a call back so I called again and again no one answered. I left a message and asked someone to get back to me on Monday. No one called. I called again Monday and no one answered and I did not leave a message. I called again on Tuesday and got the lady in the office who informed me they would need to get a lift and the soonest they could do was Oct. 1 Said I was having the roof repaired on the 24th and due to the flashing around the chimney that needed to be replaced it may cause problems. I would need to check with my roofers. I told her to pencil it in for the 1st and I would call back. I called her on Thursday morning to say the 1st was a definite go. I was informed that she wasn't sure the lift was still available for that date. In the end I got my deposit back. This company's customer service sucks and makes me wonder what the workmanship would be like. A lift was not needed as it is only one story - scaffolding would have worked just fine. I do not recommend this company and I definitely will not call them again!"
