"Very reasonable, good quality items and the two young men who put in my hot water heater and minisplit system were hard workers and very nice. Altogether very pleased! An update. I have been calling since August 31 to have Bill call FEMA to answer one question that their representative forgot to ask him. Obviously he hasn't. Although the two young men who came out to do the work were very good, I will never use or recommend. My case is still pending with FEMA."

"Bill has been the first and only plumber so far for me. Shortly after buying the house, we've lost water. Bill personally arrived on the weekend to take a look at the issue. Bill's team has since installed a new water heater and replaced a furnace. Everything is running well. The business hotline frequently goes to the answering service, however, Bill is always responsive and helpful on the cell."

"Called Lohsen as we'd lost water pressure from our well water system, and nothing was coming out of our taps. A tech was sent out first thing the next day. Arrived early, before the 8am appointment time. (It's always a plus to be on time -and- I'll note we live at the top of a pretty steep hill and had a snowstorm the day before with ice overnight, so our tech probably buffered in extra time for arrival.) Our tech's name was Tyler, very professional, very friendly and he did an awesome job. He showed me the broken pressure tank switch and explained his troubleshooting process and how he'd tested the failing switch. He replaced that as well as a rusted-out pressure indicator. I asked him some additional questions about our system as I'm relatively new to well systems and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. In all, it took around an hour to fix and we were back up and running. Thanks so much, Tyler, and Lohsen Plumbing!"

"The good: (1) we were able to schedule service within a reasonable time frame; (2) 2 out of 3 tasks were completed adequately (garbage disposal installation and bidet installation); (3) Larry, their scheduler, was nice. The bad: (1) one task was a full fail (tub spout flew off and hit my leg the night of the day it was installed). We ended up getting that tub spout repaired using a different service. The terrible: (1) It took me 10 phone calls over 3.5 months to get in touch with the owner (Bill) for an adjustment in the bill to reflect the failed spout installation; (2) the lead plumber on the job told us he hates installing garbage disposals and tried to convince us to just throw the food in the trash (even though Vermont law prohibits throwing food scraps into the trash). Overall, he was not pleasant (but maybe he was having a bad day). I know it's very hard to get a hold of a plumber and get quick service. We were grateful for what worked worked well. But, the total disregard of my calls (despite Larry's repeated assurance that I'd hear from Bill by a certain time on a particular day) was simply bad customer service."
