"Nice people. In 0348 for 0330 appt. Right away to the dock. Brought papers inside, gentlemen at the receiver and lumper service were very nice! 0530 got message from capstone. After I paid the lumper 348$ nobody bothered me while I was still on dock. Maybe cause it was Sunday, but still took my 2hr nap, since I was driving all night."
"Security working in the gate is great parking outside take your paperwork go to gate working just appointment check in 9 PM go to door 4 AM check out 8 AM I last time for unloading"
"5 1/2 hour to unload! Easy check in with guard, then wait for phone call for dock door. Go to door 45 and check in with receiving and LUMPER service, then wait for call when finished unloading. The process is long, need to be quicker with paperwork processing. No overnight parking."
