"These guys are thieves. I canceled my.membership in person, by regular mail, and by phone and they continued to try to charge me for a year after I left the state. They now have a law firm claiming I owe money to them for a gym membership I canceled. So ridiculous. I will never work out with this gym even if I return to the area. Straight up criminal."

"This used to be my favorite gym back in 2018, i was here 5 days a week consistently for about a year and subsequently moved away for work. After coming back in late 2023 to see family i decided to pop in for a day pass only to find that absolutely nothing changed for the worse; and only got better with time. 5 years has gone by and theres new equipment that only adds to their already impressive selection of equipment that has been meticulously maintained. The staff are still just as friendly and welcoming. If only gyms around the country would live up to the very high standard that fit focus in laconia provides. Its a damn shame i can only stick around for a day. The other gyms in the area are a complete waste of time. This place is the place that will be the best bang for your buck. Also the sauna is hot, the tanning lights are always in good condition, and the lighting is prime. 5/5, would recommend to my friends and family."

"Love the gym here, would give it 5 stars except that they don’t allow you to cancel your membership. It is nearly impossible to end a membership here and it is purposely done that way. Whoever owns this place needs to stop being greedy for money and make a fair way to to cancel your subscription. Don’t waste your time signing up here because they will either charge you forever or ruin your credit if you stop paying the extra charges."
