This technique is performed fully clothed while lying on your back, with the client determining the "frame" of the session. The practitioner provides focused energetic structural points to the skeletal system, allowing for healing and change to occur, placing the client in an expanded conscious state with endless possibilities.

Hands 2 Heart Healing also offers educational sessions on anatomy, physiology, and the process of respiration, along with guided breath awareness exercises for personalized journeys towards improved quality of life. "Christmas miracle! Usually once a year my back starts to spasm and ache so bad that I spend a week in bed. This started to happen just before our planned trip to NYC for Christmas. I could feel my back staring to act up and spent two days on the couch. Jennifer was able to make an appointment for some body work and had some time left to perform some Reiki.
