Kohl's

"What the heck?? I have never seen more disorganized merchandise in any other store chain and it is not just this one at Fox Run Mall. The mens clothing department is often a disaster. And not everything you find for sale here is of good quality. You really have to shop carefully. And finding my sizes is difficult mostly because nobody is keeping the store organized. A decade ago I shopped at Kohls regularly. Now it's just for special occasions where I need something for dress. The underwear is the same stuff you can get at the discount stores for less money. Shopping here is like going to a rummage sale where some times you can find a gem but mostly when I shop here I leave the store empty handed. But that is because I mostly use their store for the Amazon return center. If it were not for the return center I would shop here far less. I would highly recommend you keep the Amazon return centers in your stores because it is one of the few things driving traffic. You could also consider keeping your stores more organized."

"Had seen a woman at the Portsmouth 'Market Basket' recently wearing a pair of very attractive and functional looking light brown winter boots, so I took the opportunity and asked her where she had bought them, she replied; "Kohl's". "Great place to shop. I've always been satisfied with my purchases, and if I have a problem with something, they go out of their way to solve it or, if they can't, they find someone who can. A bit pricey, but the merchandise is of a higher quality, and if you follow their sales and use the rewards programs, etc., you can do okay price wise."

"To be sure shopping is not one of my favorite things. Kohls carries brands that I like and is well organized with clear pricing marked on everything. By far the best merchandisers in the business across the chain."
