"They don't stand behind their products. I got a red tea pot from ANDREA MATTHEWS who is one of their potters. When I poured water into the pot, it cracked and burned my fingers; however the potter didn't want to take any responsibilities for it even though other potters could see that it is totally potter's mistake. I can see they sell defective items on their second sales and don't care if you get hurt!"
