"I contacted United Rentals to rent a scissor list earlier this month. I spoke to Maddie who was great. She answered all my questions and was very responsive in email to additional questions I had. The delivery/pickup team was also great, showing me how to operate the equipment and staying onsite for a quick test drive. Pricing was very reasonable and I was able to complete my project. I definitely recommend United Rentals and will go back to them in the future."

"Update: the "manager" contacted us.. she made it even more clear that this company does not give a darn about anything other than themselves. She told us the person violating their rental agreement is a long standing customer. She acknowledged that she knows there are no other ones to rent at this point. She confirmed that we are just simply out of luck. The conversation actually made us feel less valued. So please stop with all the FAKE responses pretending you care. Our review is fair. It is the truth and future customers should know what they are getting in to. It's why reviews exist. ............... On Wednesday October 31st we spoke with Maddie Swymer and reserved a Skid Steer for a turf installation we are starting Today (11/10). At approximately 9 AM today (as we are literally waiting for the equipment to arrive) we received a call from United letting us know we are simply out of luck that they are not delivering the Skid Steer leaving us with absolutely no time to find another one for our job. We have labor, other equipment rented, supplies all waiting for this equipment to arrive today. We are out thousands. The excuse we were given is the other customer did not return the unit so we are out of luck. It makes zero sense to me that the other client is the one violating their rental agreement yet this company elects to harm us instead enforcing the other rental agreement. Agreements and the word of the sales associates at this company mean absolutely nothing. The good news is you do not have any obligation to return equipment when it is due. The bad news is you absolutely cannot rely on this company to fulfill their promises or to stand behind the reservations they make and they do not care at all what they cost you. They will absolutely leave you in a lurch and tell you too bad so sad. Buyer beware."
