"I got a gift card for Christmas to use at a different nail spa. I arrived at my appointment and wasn't acknowledged until it was my turn to sit (almost 15mins). THIS IS WHY I RECOMMEND KRE8TIVE NAILS because every single one of these ladies or gents will say "hello" as you enter - which means a lot. Friendly. Professional. Clean. Quiet. And FAMILY friendly also ♡"

"They were great at making time for a short notice appointment. I took my daughter for her first manicure and they were so patient and kind! I cant wait to go back. Pic is of ANC on week one."

"Sadly I am not at all impressed with this business. I got the dip manicure and one of them popped off after 3 days. I am not rough with my hands so it should have lasted much longer. I am going to have to buy some nail glue to put it back on. I don't live in town so going back for it to be fixed is not an option. I was also really rushed into paying, before my nails were even done, which felt inappropriate to me. It was $87 for the dip mani and regular polish pedi, and the pedi didn't really make my feet feel soft and well taken care of. I won't be returning to this place. Update: the day after I wrote this (so 4 days post manicure), another nail chipped, so I can't even glue anything back on. Very disappointed."

"I don't recommend anyone to get their nails done at Kre8tive Nails & Spa LLC because they look like this after 24 hours. When I call to ask for it to be fixed they refuse because I can't drop everything and come in immediately. Not to mention they have an apprentice working and doing services when she isn't certified."
