"I’m not the person who usually writes reviews, but in this case I’ll make an exception. I started working with Kayla Mora in the Concord office about 10 months ago. When I started, I was feeling pretty low. Initially, I was extremely skeptical about EMDR as I had only been exposed to the traditional cognitive-behavioral therapy. As a first responder, I had the mentality that what I’ve experienced in life isn’t as bad as the next person and therefore I shouldn’t be feeling the way I did. I had to make the tough decision to let my guard down and to allow myself to be vulnerable with Kayla in order to process my trauma. Although being vulnerable with someone new was one of the hardest things to do, I’m so glad I did. Kayla made me feel like I was just talking to a friend. Her compassion and empathy is simply unmatched. She guided me to a much better place mentally and helped me come to realizations I thought I’d never have (she just might be a witch, the best kind though). "Would not recommend this facility. They were not upfront about the cost of appointment. I paid a $100 for a deposit for two appointments. After the visit, They charged my card $150 without my authorization. Then had the audacity to call me and ask for more. Since when do companies automatically charge your cards with out authorization? What happen to sending a bill? I don’t like this kind of business."
