"I have been a patient of Dr. Clancy for decades (20+ years). She retired leaving the practice a year ago, her replacement was awful. She wrote a complete assessment of me BUT never touched me, didn't even come out from behind the computer. I was ushered to the second new MD that joined the practice this summer, he was disappointing also. I have since left PSFM and will never return. The nurse, "Tanya" is condescending, dismissive and rude...and that's if you even get a call back from this office."
"I started coming here because my PCP transferred here about 3 years ago. I have always had good experiences with the staff and Sarah Lanagan is always wonderful. She is caring, she listens and works cooperatively with me coordinating my care. Can't ask for better."
"So, the office staff and nurses have always been nice and professional, but I've switched practices recently and will never go back because of Dr. Shugol. She spent most of our visit together trying to convince me that the problem I was experiencing didn't exist. I also told her I had been experiencing depression, and her response was that I "should be happy" because of all the good things happening in my life. Yeah, I agree - which is why I came to see you. My new doctors listen when I speak, don't interrupt, and are sympathetic to mental health considerations."
"So I have been coming here for about a year, there was no other physician I could find within my area. My first visit was nothing special, but Dr Patrick Fox wasn't rude or condescending, he was just sort of not listening and handed me a nutrition chart for my bloating. I decided to give the place a few more chances, but I am done after today and will seek out another facility. I didn't see Dr Fox, instead I booked to see Dr Shogul, and I have never met someone so rude and impulsive to rush patients out the door. It's good to know I'm not crazy, all the negative reviews are about her. I went in because I tested for Covid back in May, thankfully had mild symptoms. I was concerned about heart health since it's been confirmed globally on peer reviewed sites, that covid can cause myocarditis. Instead of listening to me, Dr Shogul cut me off and literally said " lets get to the point!" and made this about my anxiety, and she was asking things that weren't her business, like my previous hospitalizations. I told her I was on Benzos 8 years ago, and she insisted on me seeing a psychiatrist. Just unacceptable behavior, I will not come back to this place again, I shouldn't feel uncomfortable at a doctor's office. My EKG did come back with normal results and I had blood work done. Only positive I can say, the nurse who did my blood work has manners, can't say the same for Shogul and the receptionists."
"I had my first visit with Dr Shogul. She was very impatient, did not listen, she kept interrupting. I know there is something wrong with me and she just shooed me off and saying it was because of laying down which i did not do. Very frustrating. When my blood test came back my albumin, absolute NRBCsand mrch all came back abnormal so I called office which took me 2 days leaving messages to have someone call me about the blood work. The nurse that called me said the doctor will call see you sept. 1 and explain. I said can the Doc call me she said no. Very rude like i am a pain. I am going to find a different dr. Somehow. Here in Concord you have to go through a doctor referral and they wont let you choose your Doctor!!!"
