"I had a fantastic experience working with Lydia! The focus of treatment was on preparing for labor and delivery of my first baby, strengthening core and pelvic muscles to help with pregnancy aches and pains, and learning how to manage pain during labor using different positions. I had received very minimal education on all of these topics through my providers and birthing class, so I was a bit nervous as I approached my due date. Lydia was a godsend. She provided hands-on, fully interactive education on everything I would be able to do during the labor process, giving me options and tools so that I felt empowered when the day finally arrived. She also included my husband in every step of the process, coaching him on different ways to support me and provide pain relief. He was so grateful to have direction, purpose, and the knowledge necessary to help me through labor. Based on my experience, I fully believe pelvic therapy is a necessity for pregnancy and highly recommend Lydia for the job!"
