"1 provider on staff. I spent 2 hrs waiting to be seen. No communication from staff at reception. They were far too busy chatting on their phones. They took the guy who came in 30 min after me before they took me. I had to ask what was up and one of the receptionists tried to lie to me and tell me he had been waiting in his car (he wasn’t). So I complained that he was seen first (for a minor cut). The nurse who took me soon after condescendingly explained there had been a mix up and I’d be seen before him. Well 40 min after waiting in the exam room I walked out never having seen a doctor. Literally any amount of communication from literally any member of the staff about why it took so long and I wouldn’t have a problem. But apparently communicating wait times is too much to ask for an urgent care. From prior experience, the actual doctors are great. It’s the rest of the experience that leaves a lot to be desired."

"Great care but hours seem mis-stated because of late arrival of staff. My gripe, is that they have posted hours of 8-8, but it appears they don't actually open at 8. I queued up at 7:30 (outside) and was told at 8AM, that the staff hadn't all arrived and they would process our intake when they arrive - they let us in about 8:10. If this was a one-off incident, I understand, but my "adopted son" was there two days earlier, a - they were 30 minutes late opening the door- while he waited outside in the call, to retain his place in line. Thankfully, they handled my issue very quickly, so I could leave in time to go to my meeting! They should process people anyway (so the time isn't wasted) and get staff to show up on time. I have gone to this Convenient MD many times and I have always been pleased with the medical staff - the intake, triage and physicians have always been friendly and effective. Things aren't as zippy as I would like, but It is fine. One problem I have experienced is when you are seen but then need imaging and they cant do it at this location. This is something we need to know - prior to intake, so we aren't having to go to a new location. Overall, a rating of 3.5 is probably right - I will round up."
