After a comprehensive hearing exam, Tyrone discussed options clearly and was able to adjust my hearing aids precisely and easily. Tyrone helped set up the program for my Oticon aids on my phone and explained all of the features so that I can get the greatest benefit. I was hearing perfectly (for the first time in 20 years!) in about an hour and a half, test, fitting, adjustment and explanation of feature all included. "Al and his staff are very helpful and they know what they're doing. Getting good hearing aids makes a huge difference if you are hearing impaired. Al got the most out of the hearing aids that my insurance covered, and he worked with me to fine-tune them to the best they could offer. No hearing aid is like real hearing, but this is the closest I have been in 20 years and it has been a wonderful change for the better. Thanks Al!"
