"Citizen Bank is unethical at the higher up manager level all the way down to the branch managers and tellers. They will lead you on for months over promising refunds, pass you on to the next person and lie about conversations that took place. When ready I will cancel all accounts and never do business with citizen bank again. All you have to do is read the other comments do you see everyone has the same opinion. NSB is by far the best bank in Vermont. Shop local with NSB!"
