"I've had 3 back surgeries and need ankle replacement surgery and fusion. I have been going here probably 20 years no problems. Got a new doctor today Sarah Shipley. I came because I was in serious pain and my blood pressure was elevated because of it. They gave me a referral to pain management but wouldn't give me 5 to 10 painkillers to get me bye. I have never had any drug addiction and don't drink. She apparently couldn't find any of my files I've been coming here almost 20 years? She basically treated me like a junkie and said she doubts I am in pain and thinks I'm just trying to get narcotics. I never ask for these. They wanted to give me everything else even though I told them I have been sick for a year straight from all the medication they want me to try. I stopped everything and got better. My stomach is destroyed from years of steroids and ibuprofen. Very rude I am insulted. I will get a new doctor. Wanted to give me medical marijuana though?. I just wanted help not someone to argue with me. Very unprofessional. You guys should also have all my records? I will also be filing a complaint at the main hospital which I have already contacted."
"I had a very pleasant experience at this facility yesterday. The nurse who called me from my car, was very positive, polite and genuinely happy to assist me, did not wait long to be escorted in by her. Dr. Mozumder listened closely to my concerns, addressed them professionally and I felt like I got the best care possible . Speedy communication notes were added to my records, I highly recommend this facility."
"I am new to the area but as a Nurse of many years I was impressed with Dr Barley and his staff Check in was smooth and seamless, his nurse was amazing, friendly, professional and made me feel welcomed from the start. Dr Barley was fantastic , listened, offered fantastic advice, but importantly he listened to what I had to say, taking the time to discuss the issues at hand and never feeling rushed. This office uses mychart and I have to say they are very prompt , I had testing done and in no time at all I had a message from Dr Barley explaining the results (none of the results required a phone call, but I firmly believe if they did he would have called) I am very happy to have found my new primary and I recommend his practice very highly!!"
"I have been going here for a couple years. And was able to over look the rudeness of the receptionist as my doctor Angela Karavasilis was absolutely wonderful. Professional, smart, caring, her practice was evidence based and she was very thorough. Unfortunately she left the practice last summer. I was switched to Dr. Aujula. She frequently rushed me and didn't listen. She insisted on having me come back for another appointment because she didn't have time to deal with my issue that day. She wouldn't refill a medication I was on with my previous M.D. for years because she claimed she didn't know me well enough yet so she wasn't comfortable prescribing it. I could almost never get an appoint with her. I was frequently told to go to the ER. They are always too busy or booked. If you ask for a call back don't expect it to be prompt or usually even that day. All that being said I switched to a new PCP. My suggestion is to get kinder receptionists and expand the number of doctors you have."
