Reviews
"I very rarely write reviews but felt compelled to. We stopped services with this company in October. They continue to charge my credit card $50 a month and it is now February. I’ve tried calling the billing department roughly 15 times. I’ve called the Director of both NH locations who just send me back to billing even though I stated they won’t return my calls. At this point, I’ll be calling my bank today to tell them the charge is not authorized. We had multiple RBTs in a short time frame and our BCBA left after a few months. We really did not have a good experience at all with this company."
"Not new client or family friendly. Not sure why this place was so well rated. Tried getting information, gave detailed inquiries, also specifically requested not to be added to promotional emails when providing my information. They immediately signed me up for promotional emails and then emailed a copy/paste style generic response without addressing any of the information we needed. With our limited interactions, it seems like they have a solid marketing team but unless you/your child is an existing, paying client, you won't get any help and will have to wait and see what it'll cost after several appointments. Very dissapointed. Wish we were out of state to go to the facility that was kind and helpful, but whose staff are not able to operate virtually with out of state patients. Also wish I remembered the name of that place, but they had nothing within a 3hr drive."
"I’ve been working at Aba centers for a year and a few months in this year being here I have seen so much work and effort out into our clients and get to feel the support of management behind me. This job gives you the most rewarding feeling when working with the families I couldn’t imagine working anywhere different!"
"This job has changed my life. I can afford supporting my family, and they have the resources to help all clients looking for services. Clients have a very short time waiting to receive treatment between their initial assessment and their first day of services. The people I work with are people that I look forward to seeing every day, and additionally, there is ample room for growth."
"I've had the honor of being a part of this organization for the past year, and I want to emphasize that it's been an incredibly fulfilling experience. If you're searching for a role that requires ongoing learning and achieving excellence in a clinical setting, I sincerely suggest considering this position. While working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) might seem challenging at first, the company's training programs are designed to prepare us with the essential knowledge and skills. This ensures that we feel fully prepared, confident, and capable of succeeding as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). As an employee, you also have the opportunity to receive health insurance coverage and an even gas stipend with each paycheck."
