"I got to the building at 8am which is the time that they open so I could be in and out for my drug test I figured it would be alright to go in. The door was locked and I was going back to my car to wait for someone to unlock the door. The lady who worked there said that it would be a minute so I waited outside in the rain for her to find her keys. When she finally unlocked the door, she requested that I wait in the waiting room until she got situated. I was the only one there so I didn’t understand the need to wait. She answered a couple phone calls before she told me to fill out a form. When I was done I went back out to the window and gave her my form. At this time I really had to go to the bathroom and didn’t understand again for the long wait. I wait until 8:30am and again there was no one there. The lady blamed on the wait for being short staffed and I get that I suppose. The lady was kind of rude not going to lie and she kind of talked down to me and made me feel uncomfortable and stupid. Like I was some kind of sketchy person when I was just going in there for a mandatory drug test for a job. I hope I never have to go here again because of my experience."

"My experience was subpar at this facility. I am a traveler working in Healthcare, and my company sent me here for an employer drug test. I waited over 15 minutes for the front desk woman to enter about 5 lines of information while she talked about her children's birthdays. The office was not busy, and there was no reason for the wait. When I was taken back to provide my specimen, there was no place to lock up my purse, and the same woman who was working the front desk was very rude and condescending about it and told me that people doing drug tests shouldn't be worried about their belongings being stolen. She went on to say that she is allowed to refuse a sample for any reason, implying that she was about to refuse my legitimate unadulterated sample. I perform DOT drug tests and am well trained in this area, so I requested a second person be present as this woman was way outside of her scope and was wildly unprofessional. I will never return here for another drug test."

"I had the misfortune of having to endure being in this facility. I was greeted by one of the most inconsiderate, unprofessional people. An absolute troll who was very dismissive of my questions, spoke to me as if she was chewing her face. She was not the only one. I hope you all end up with lives that are as miserable and lowly as you are."
