"Amanda was a lifesaver for me and my baby girl. My mom had recently passed away when my daughter was born and I didn’t know how to breastfeed this baby. I didn’t know who to call for help and the doctors would simply tell me to triple feed and if that didn’t work to switch to formula. I was doing all I could but things just weren’t working and she was losing weight. It got to the point that i had an hard time leaving home because of the stress of everything required of us, I didn’t know how to do it outside of our bubble. Amanda came to my home and was able to thoroughly evaluate me and my baby and help us find a solution for my daughter be able to breastfeed and thrive. My baby turned one last week and we are still breastfeeding. I often think of Amanda and the literal angel she was for me and my daughter. She was patient, kind, smart, knowledgeable, and truly cared for our situation. If you are questioning if her services are worth it just do it, I promise you that you will be so grateful that you did. Thank you Amanda for all you have done for my family, I was in such a dark place and you brought so much light ❤️"
"Absolutely saved our breastfeeding journey. Amanda was amazing to work with, and I highly recommend her for tongue tie baby support!"
"Amanda was so kind and helpful! This is my second breastfeeding journey and so far it has been nothing like the first. I am grateful for Amanda and the help she has given me as I work through some challenges with feedings. Thank you Amanda, you are appreciated!"
"As a formula exclusive mom, I didn’t think I would be in the market for lactation consulting. My first child was very colicky and breastfeeding didn’t work out for us, and when we switched to formula I didn’t really have any help or know any was available. I hired a postpartum doula this time around, who noticed that baby wasn’t latching well on bottles and might have a tie. I was following Amanda on social media after she cohosted a prenatal class, and I noticed she had some formula info posted so I reached out. She was so helpful in her consult, watching the baby eat and offering various tips to improve her latch and providing further resources for more progress. I felt like she wasn’t judging any way I decided to go forward and I appreciated that. She also followed up with me a few times which she didn’t have to do. I feel more comfortable now trying different techniques and products (bottles and formula) plus have been more open with the pediatrician where before I didn’t discuss it because baby’s weight wasn’t a concern and I was just dealing with the colic on my own because I had before. Grateful to have found her!"
"Amanda is amazing! I was a little skeptical at first on how helpful a virtual appointment would be but boy was I wrong!! My nursing experience with my first daughter was a total dud so with second daughter I have been trying my best to be as educated as possible. During our virtual call I felt so comfortable and Amanda answered all my questions. It was so helpful that she emailed a summary of our visit with a follow up plan so I can reference back to it when needed. Also the flange sizing guide she sent me was so helpful because turns out I was using the completely wrong size. The new correct one is *chefs kiss* and I have been pumping since without pain! Thank you Amanda!!!!"
