"Outstanding. As polite as could be. A comfortable experience with Cori being an informative, courteous and informative staff member. Very pleased with my sleep study...."
"I had a sleep study last night and it was a good experience. I was very nervous going in but it turned out much better than I had thought. Cori was in charge of my session and she was very nice. She answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. I had a good night sleep. Would recommend the Concord Hospital Sleep Center."
"I would rate this sleep center a zero if I could. On my way to my appointment I ran into a detour that made me 12 minutes late. They told me they couldn’t see me. I had just driven 1 hour to get there. I told them I still had 18 minutes left of my appointment time and I only had one question that would take 5 minutes. The extremely rude Dr told me no, I’m not seeing you. With them telling me basically you’re late over and over 8 minutes had gone by. Now 10 minutes left. The dr would not answer my one question and walked away. I told her that I was done with this clinic. The dr said something snarky on her way back to her office. I wonder what she did with the rest of my scheduled time! Cigarette break? It happens all the time. You make an appointment and need to wait 1/2 hour-3/4hr for the dr to wait on you! But you show up 12 minutes late and they degrade and insult you. I was beyond mad at this non professional and extremely rude Dr. Her act of superiority was infuriating. Run from this place. They are a smear on Concord hospital’s reputation."
"Without fail every appointment I've had with them has been pleasant and professional. My overnight stay for my sleep study was very friendly and they made me as comfortable as they could given the fact that I had a plethora of wires connected to me. The Doctors are very knowledgeable and more than willing to answer all questions. The entire staff is responsive and they go out of their way to ensure everything they do at the sleep center falls inside the boundaries and restrictions of your health insurance. Having had experience with two other sleep centers in the state of New Hampshire (both of which were OK) I would highly recommend this office to anyone in the area that may need to be evaluated for sleep apnea or some other sleep disorder."
"I have never been treated so rudely at a doctors office. I arrived at my appointment time and there were two people in line ahead of me. The woman at the desk asked the other patrons to step aside because I was "late". I look at my watch and it was now 2 minutes past my appointment time due to standing in line. She was just crass and demeaning, hindsight I should have just left at this point but knowing i needed this appointment to continue my cpap prescription i stayed. i was given a sign that said registration and taken to the office to meet the doctor by another assistant that was equally as rude and crass. She was rushing to take my vital signs etc. and I sympathetically made a comment of how rushed they all seemed then she went into a rant scolding me for being "late" stating that she "wasn't going to get into it with me" but they ask me to get there 10 minutes before my appointment. She at least had the sense to eventually apologize for her behavior. The practitioner that i saw was pleasant, not rushed, and attentive to my care but I will be transferring my records to another sleep center ASAP. It is NEVER ok to treat people this way no matter the circumstances. In my opinion, If it is so critical to their schedule that I arrive 10 minutes prior to my appointment time they need to make that my appointment time and not leave a message pleasantly ASKING i arrive 10 minutes prior to my appointment. By the way my registration that they didn't have time for because I was "late" was one sentence, nothing has changed I still have the same address, phone number and insurance...."
