Our Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program, combined with counseling, is highly effective in addressing both the physiological and psychological components of opioid dependence. We offer treatment for a range of opioids including codeine, morphine, hydrocodone, oxycodone, heroin, and fentanyl. MAT allows individuals to recover and heal without disrupting their work, family, or social obligations, leading to better long-term success.
Methadone, an FDA-approved medication used in MAT, helps individuals recover from opioid addiction by stopping withdrawal symptoms and cravings. Buprenorphine and Suboxone are also safe and effective medications used in our treatment plans. Counseling is a key component of our program, helping patients understand addiction as a disease, identify triggers, and develop resilient plans for lasting improvement.
Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 5:30am to 2:00pm, and Saturday, Sunday, and holidays from 6:00am to 9:00am. We provide affordable, comprehensive care for opioid addiction recovery in Concord and surrounding areas. Contact us today to set up your appointment and start your journey to recovery.

"Nurses are great. They work hard and are there even on Xmas to make sure we get taken care of. Maryanne and Chelsea are great hard workers."
"Great clinic. Awesome people. Jill is the most caring, professional, and hard working counselor I’ve ever had the the luck of being assigned to. Sharon the director is awesome as well. Only complaint which should not steer you away from this place but there is one nurse there has the absolute worst work ethic I have ever seen in my entire life. She hung up on me and told me to stop calling when I was trying to figure out what was going on with a fax while I was guest dosing in FL. The clinic was kicking me out in ten minutes because of closing time and I’m desperately trying to stay sober. You’d think everyone in this line of work would have some compassion for what we go through and deal with but unfortunately that’s just not the truth. Just there for a paycheck and go home. Thanks a lot Mary-Anne. Appreciate it. (All of the other nurses are insanely helpful and caring)"
