"You take your life into your hands. Oosterveen works at the most unclean hospital I have ever seen. No self respecting doctor would operate there. Not to mention this doctor is not medical malpractice bad, just a dub. Pass on going here. The women in the office are rude condescending people."
"Been trying since April to schedule an appointment for my husband who is high risk. They lost one of the referrals although not sure how since they attempted to call and schedule. Unless you have your phone with you 24/7 good luck because they never answer the phone! Wish there were other options besides these guys. Praying my husband doesn't have anything serious that could have been caught back in April!"
"My Dr. called in a referral 2 weeks ago. Told my Dr. I haven't heard from them yet, and she told to call that day to check up on scheduling an appointment. The lady I talked to (could hardly understand her) blamed my PCP for "not pressing send" when I asked what that means she said "she had to talk to someone. She returns to the phone and I again ask her what "didn't press send" means and she told me "they show me how to do it now" I hope whatever I have isn't that serious."
"Not sure what is happening here. I called to get an appointment with a doctor who had seen me a couple of years ago for a bleeding ulcer. The woman asked me what was the appointment for. I explained that I have been experiencing chronic episodes of diarrhea for about 2 years and needed advice on anything I could do to prevent them. I was told they would call me back. They called about a week later and asked how I was feeling. I asked why would they be asking me that? To clarify - I explained I had not said I was currently experiencing diarrhea but that I had been getting fairly frequent episodes over a period of two years and I wanted an appointment to discuss with the doctor. Again, they said they would call back. They have since called back twice and both times to ask me yet again how I was feeling. On the last call, I lost my temper. I had told them repeatedly that I was not CURRENTLY sick but wanted advice from the doctor on how to reduce the number of episodes I was having? By now, several weeks had gone by and still no appointment. I could have handled them telling me this doctor doesn't handle diarrhea. I would have been puzzled but at least I could have moved on. I am now thinking the doctor has moved to another practice. If that is the case - why not simply tell me that? All this time they have wasted and I am no closer to getting help. Very, very poor service!"
"May take two+ days to get a response to a voice mail?? Then hire some staff! If the problem is so widespread that you have to change the voice mail message, clearly it is an ongoing issue. If the volume of calls is so high, clearly the current staff can’t handle it if I have to call 3-4 times over a multiple day period to get simple answers. Another example of GIAof NH choosing their bottom line over their patients’ wellbeing. And what previous reviewers have said about the service is completely true- you often get the feeling you are somehow impeding on the receptionists time by their snappy tones of voice. (If you manage to get a human!)"
