"I’ve only had one appointment so far, but I’m delighted. The PA I saw was fantastic, she was not afraid to admit I was the first patient she has seen with this condition but she was willing to read studies, consult with her colleagues, and try medications. There was no gaslighting or minimizing. It was delightful. I also appreciated that she wore a mask so I wasn’t at risk of catching something while seeking medical care for a chronic condition. ** BRING A SWEATER THOUGH IT WAS SO COLD IN THERE I ALMOST HAD TO LEAVE. Not kidding, I was almost in tears, my joints still ache from how cold it was in there yesterday.**"

"If you're checking out reviews for a neurologist, chances are you're not in a great situation. They weren't horrible, so if they are your best option, you might have better luck than I did. I was hopeful at first with my P.A., but the appointment with the doctor left me feeling uncomfortable. She was very nice, but just sort of "checked out." Gave me wrong information, and screwed up my medicine. If you see a doctor at Concord Neurology, just be alert. Don't blindly trust them just because they're doctors."

"My human rights were violated. I have conditions making PPE very dangerous for me to weare. No accommodation was provided or even offered. Those of us who have conditions and tell medical professionals that should be accommodated accordingly. Not denied services. How do those of us with these issues get any service? We are all entitled to medical care. Not impressed. I need medical attention but get no service. It is not right."

"Have had Dr Kaufman since he arrived at this practice. Very attentive, takes the time to answer questions and has put me on the right path for helping to eliminate my symptoms. I’m now able to sleep most nights without the restless legs keeping me up. Five stars!!!"

"Love my drs here. Jen Taylor and Dr Cabot are Amazing. However, having to cancel my appointment twice due to son being sick and locking my keys in the car, admin. Was very rude. Stating marking me as a no show. Need to get better empathatic office help. Shame on you."
