"Was experiencing a rash and pain behind my knee, nobody could see me till at least ten days. Was told by a nurse there to go to Urgent Care. Went to Convenient MD and received a diagnosis of cellulitis and was put on oral and topical antibiotics. Was told that I should go back to my doctor's within a couple of days, given the seriousness of the situation. When I called, again a nurse told me that I could not be seen till 10 days later. Not impressed."

"Was experiencing moderate abdominal pain, which could be a serious thing, or not. They have been extremely busy with influx in Covid cases and I didn't call till mid day for a same day appointment. Tracy went above and beyond to make sure I be seen as soon as possible, and made me an appointment at the Warner clinic location with 1 hour of my call. Talk about accomodating! I give 4 stars only because you do often have to wait quite a while on hold until you get a live person. Likely this is also due to influx of illness, Covid related. Thank you for your prompt help and friendliness :)"
