"The old blonde that pounded on the door while i was using the bathroom screamed at the top of her lungs and was very rude. She came out of the bathroom while i was in line waiting for coffee and started telling other employees that i stunk the whole place up. I have stomach issues and do not appreciate the rudeness."

"I live in the town of Castleton and enjoy an iced latte and a donut on these hot days, however they usually can’t provide either in a decent time. I’ve currently been in the drive through for 8 minutes as I write this and I mobile ordered a coffee. Maybe they should invest in curbside spots. Also whenever I order donuts past noon they can not provide them, maybe they should pull more out in advance sense I can almost guarantee I’m not the only person trying to order ANY type of donut to eat."

"A very inconsistent location. Any time I go to either of the Rutland locations my order is correct and reliable. They cannot get it right at this Castleton location. The espresso machine is always "broken", or they are out of this or that. Staff is friendly so I feel bad reporting but I thought the whole purpose of a chain restaurant is consistency."

"I’ve been going to this Dunkin for the past week as my coffee spot since i moved to the area, I order a medium ice coffee without ice and a cup of ice on the side. This morning I was very rudely told by the manager to not order that anymore because it was “excessive”, I have had the same dunkin order for years and have never had anyone say anything. very rude manager did not offer an apology and made me to feel like i was stealing from them. do not go to this dunkin!"
