"Transfered to the HCRS provider area from Washington County. There I received quality and compassionate care. At HCRS I have had a disastrous experience from the very beginning. At my intake appointment over a month ago I was blamed for being half an hour late, when in reality I was right on time, and as a result I would be unable to complete the intake process and would have to return. After a month of waiting and repeated phone calls I finally found out that my treatment options had been reduced to practically nothing. In Washington County I had a team behind me and now I have nothing but the crumbs they were able to toss my way. I am now left to find my own private resources which I have no idea how I'm going to be able to afford."
