Reviews of New England Wellness Infusions
"It's hard to admit you have a problem. It's even harder when you've tried to address it without success. I have dealt with anxiety and depression for 25 years. I am proud to say that the treatment received here has changed the way I look at life. I am not sure if it will last but it is akin to getting a very much needed breath of fresh air. A weight has been lifted. Even if temporary, the relief experienced is priceless to me. Yulia and Remi are very accomodating and professional. For those that are on the fence, I (a very private person) am posting publicly about a very personal matter because it seems to work. If you can relate to my challenges. I would encourage you to reach out. I am thankful I did."
"I'm 56-year-old man. Ever since my childhood I experienced pelvic pain off and on. It was usually triggered by activity and usually only lasted a week or two and then it would go away for months or even a year. It wasn't until the 90s where the pain became intense and chronic. I was diagnosed with non-bacterial prostatitis for which there is no cure. There were three years where I had no relief only pain and discomfort. It was a very challenging time in my life. In the late 90s I started exercising and taking better care of myself and the pain seem to go away. But it never completely left. There was always something there like I was on the verge of triggering an episode. In 2016 I was sprinting on the beach, and I felt a muscle pull. The pain and discomfort returned. It wasn't until 2019 I finally self-diagnosed myself with pudendal neuralgia. This is a very rare condition that almost always goes undiagnosed. It frequently gets misdiagnosed as non-bacterial prostatitis. Luckily, there are three or four specialists in the country and one of them lives in Nashua New Hampshire. After a brief examination he confirmed my suspicion that I most likely have pudendal neuralgia. There is no way to confirm this condition other than have an operation. In 2019 I had bilateral transgluteal decompression surgery. The recovery from the surgery was tough. over the next three years my overall condition was better but was left with a lot of numbness and chronic moderate pain that really affected my life. Luckily through a friend I was introduced to the idea of trying ketamine infusion as an option with a new clinic named NEW Infusions. I initially had a one on one with meeting with one of the staff members named Remi. I explained my life story to him, and he explained how ketamine infusion might be a viable option. I then met with Yulia, and she helped schedule the treatments. My treatment would be once a day for five days. I was very skeptical about ketamine infusion helping my condition. But they explained it in such a way that it not only might help my pain, but it would help my depression too. Remi and Yulia we're great at explaining what I will experience during the treatment and how that experience would help with my depression and pain. I took a couple weeks after the treatment for me to feel the effects. Miraculously my unconscious negative thoughts were almost gone. It made me more aware of these thoughts and I was able to block these thoughts which gave me a more positive outlook on life. Just that one thing is a huge improvement. Not having those negative thoughts and anxiety has helped loosen up the tight muscles in my pelvic area. It's been three months since my treatment and I'm feeling pretty good about my future. If someone is experience chronic pain and/or depression, I highly recommend trying ketamine infusions with the team at New Infusions. If anyone reading this would like to talk to me about my experience, please reach out to Remi or Yulia and they can connect us. I would gladly spend some time to chat and tell you about my experience. Thank you, Remi, and Yulia, for all you've done to make this treatment as easy as possible. Fred"
