"Wonderful state park offering a remote feel. The pond is beautiful and has boats to rent. Restrooms are modern and clean. The showers are hot and a $.75 shower approaches indulgent. There are trails and playgrounds. The staff is welcoming and efficient."

"Beautiful little park, staff are great, restrooms are in good shape and clean. Sites right on the pond nice when you can get one, but all sites look good. Ice and firewood available on site, closest convenience store is about 20 minutes one way, so generally pack what you need. Water is good for swimming and frequently tested."
"Great lakeside tent site. Small and well cared for campground. The hike to high pond was a great meander through the woods to a secluded little pond. Beautiful, Vermonty, and close to some cool slate history stuff. We'll be back!"
