"Not impressed. I waited on hold for a half hour to speak to a pharmacist. The person that answered the phone kept interrupting me thinking she knew what my questions were. I finally had to ask her to please wait until I had finished asking my questions. At which point I was placed on hold again. I finally got to talk to a pharmacist who was able to help with one of the issues I called about."
