"The host failed to inform us of a very long wait before ordering. Some people before us have been waiting over Forty plus minutes. Drive thru people seem to be more important than their customers inside. The food is fantastic but the service is less than desirable and rather frustrating. Never had a problem with KFC before but this place needs serious help, management is desperately needed or retraining of staff and management. This is ridiculous, been here over an hour. They also prioritize door dash over all their customers. Also when we got home after we finally got our meals we all ended up with food poisoning."

"I came in to order 4 items. The host never informed us that mobile and door dash customers are top priority. The atmosphere was filled with customers that was complaining about the long wait. The host and workers were rushing to get the mobile orders and door dash orders completed. I waited over and hour when I asked about my order they said that I wasn't there that long. When they looked there was 18 orders on the board which was mostly door dash. They told me that they will get right on it. But it's been another 15 minutes and calling other customers they do not keep their word. I had to tell them either refund my money or get my order"

"They maybe open, but they need better management already. Nothing is smooth. Their “quick and easy” order ahead is never quick or easy. And I have yet to have them get everything in my order. Tonight we picked up for my family and my parents. Both separate to go “quick and easy” order ahead… on the app is says you can do drive thru or go in. But drive thru claims they can’t see those orders, so you are forced to go inside (again not making it quick or easy). Not to mention everyone seems frazzled and moody! Customer service at its worst. PLEASE get better management or better trained employees. I missed KFC and food is great. I just can’t see them lasting if service like this continues"

"It is open 2023 December. I waited in line for about 30 mins with 4 cars at 6:40 at night. The line stopped in front of the car in front of me. And he was trying to talk to them and he didn’t get a response for ten minutes, by that time everyone else was gone. I actually ended up calling the store and the lady told me that they were waiting on something. And then I heard her tell the other guy immediately after that she didn’t hear the buzz. So she lied to me. Or him. And then I got to the window and she was just rude to me. Food itself tasted great. And the food was quick itself after I ordered."
