"I am so frustrated with the care I received here. The doctor had no interest in what was actually wrong with me. I offered medical records, including an X-ray, to show my condition. I explained the treatment I had been given in the past which is an anti-inflammatory/pain reducer shot to my lower back. He stood at the door for no more than 4 minutes, told me the treatment that helped me before was wrong, didn’t examine me at all, and then walked out. I was not given any explanation of what my treatment would be or why. The nurse just walked in and said to pick up my prescription at the pharmacy. I have never felt so dismissed in my life. Additionally, the medication is so strong I can’t function while on it and it doesn’t even work. I actually hurt so much more now that I’ve become nauseous from the pain. I can’t go to my doctor because I just moved here and don’t have an appointment to establish care until Friday."
