Taco Bell

"They need to decide what they would like the restaurant to be either KFC or taco bell. When you go to order the wait if always 15 to 20 minutes long. The people working basically throw the food at you when they hand it out and they are never nice. Customer service is negative ther I can only imagine imagine its like working in this atmosphere."

"This taco bell is more KFC than Taco Bell. It gained a star for being the nearest Taco Bell to us. The deals don't work here. Happy hour ain't always happy. It's on the sign. Happy Hour is 2-5pm every day. Unless it isn't, because they don't know how to do happy hour. The staff can vary greatly between surly and sweet, but they try to be helpful. The dining area is frequently closed for staffing issues."

"Staff are always so mean. I feel like they hate my guts for having the audacity to want a taco. Very very long wait times, expect to wait 35-40 min for 2-3 tacos. Place is pretty clean but man the staff are just horrible. Easier and quicker just to drive to Rutland or Plattsburgh.."

"Went here for a quick lunch. Key word, quick, and we waited 30 minutes for 3 crunchy tacos and a burrito. I got my crunchy tacos, all excited at last... and they tasted wrong. The crunchy shells tasted like a wooden cabinet. I would have complained... but I didn't want another 30 minute wait. Don't come here."

"Went during my lunch break through the drive through, asked for a side of beef and was given a tablespoon and a half of it (stupid request I know but I just had mouth work done so I can’t chew). Just called to ask if sides were supposed to be in the dipping containers, and was rudely told whoever did it yesterday messed up and that a tablespoon and a half of beef is the serving size -to then be hung up on mid phone call. I would bring them my receipt (since I spent 8$ for mashed potatoes and a tablespoon of beef), but this location also fails to give receipts. I usually don’t have a problem, but what happened during the drive through and the phone call is hilariously unacceptable. Do better St.Albans TacoBell"
