"Hands down the worst treatment I, or my beloved pet dog Lucy, have ever received. All they care about is money! I called ahead and they told me to bring her in and that they would discuss any possible costs with me and that I could deny payment before receiving treatment if I am unable to afford it and they took my dog in the back room then said I owe hundreds of dollars for an exam. When I gave them a credit card for payment it got rejected and they refused to give my dog back to me then proceeded to call the police which arrived and I had to talk with them and explain the situation BEFORE the vet employees would even give me my own dog back. DO NOT risk bringing your animals here! I’ve never had such a negative experience like this at any other place I’ve ever done business with. These people treated my dog and I terribly!"

"Got in quick. They Explained things well. If i ever need emergency vet again will definitely go there. Highly recommend. I gave 4 stars because I don't like I can't go in the exam room with my dog. They also tightened her colar super tight. She is a lab and super sweet. The bloodwork cost was astronomical !"

"I lost my pup in August 2021 and am just getting around around to writing this review. My parents were weekend dog-sitting for me when my younger dog (about 12-14 weeks old at the time) stopped breathing. They rushed her to Meredith Place and were not allowed inside; they were made to sit in their car while my dog died, alone, inside. When the vet came out to let my parents know she didn’t make it, they tried to get as many details as possible, but of course they were still in shock and grieving so much of it wasn’t retained. They opted to have her cremated there so I didn’t have to make any arrangements when I got home the next morning. I returned about a week later to pick up her remains. I was not allowed inside again; they basically just handed her to me in a plastic bag and sent me on my way. I asked to speak to the vet to get details since a lot of the previous week was foggy, but I was not allowed to speak to anyone. They told me to email them for the records and they would have the veterinarian explain what happened, but every one of my many emails went unanswered. To this day, I still have no records from that night and do not know how my dog died. The icing on top of the cake - they took my pup’s pawprints before they cremated her, and they spelled her name incorrectly on all of the prints."
