Petco Vaccination Clinic

"I would post 0 starts if I could. This is not a place you ever want to bring your pet if you want proper care and want your pet to be properly treated. Vet services at Petco are simply there to make money as quick as possible. The process doesn't care and in fact will induce stress on your furry loved ones. Petco Vaccination and Vet clinics need a major wake up call to their processes. I pulled our 15 month old out of the process before they could do any harm to her."

"Horrible service. My cat was a little scared and upset (which is expected of any cat in an unfamiliar environment) and the staff wouldn’t even try to give her needed vaccines. In fact they never even tried to take her out of the carrier, and my husband even offered to help. Then they wrote in her file that she is “dangerous”. She is not dangerous…she was just scared. How would they even know if she was dangerous since they DENIED to see her completely? They just refused to see her. What a waste of time and now my cat is overdue on her vaccines. They told me to go to Shrewsbury location instead."

"Had scheduled a 2 par vaccine for my pup through vetco which was done here and they cancelled on me the same exact day. They failed to tell me that this vaccine needs to be done which in a curtain time limit which is why the 2nd shot was scheduled in advanced. They cancelled on me having me repay for 3/4 shots starting the vaccine all over. Called to see if they can refund me for my first shot because it wasn’t my fault that the appointment was scheduled they’re the ones who cancelled on their end. Manager and cooperate both said there was nothing they can do which made me feel like I got scammed having to pay for 3 shots because of their mess up. Horrible service by Vetco horrible customer service"
