Caring pharmacists, who answer questions and offer advice and knowledge of medications to their clients, compelled me to keep returning. They have friendly staff also who work in concert with the pharmacists. It’s a hometown pharmacy with professionals who connect with the small towns around them!"

"Fantastic all around marketplace. Extremely friendly/helpful local employees. Small town community welcoming as soon as you enter the building. Inside offers a pharmacy, Meat market (Lashways Meat Market), as well as a Dunkin’ Donuts. Prices are usually far compared to the price you would have to pay to travel 20+ miles to go to the grocery stores in Plattsburgh."

"I agree with the other comments that the customer service of the pharmacy has gone way downhill in recent years. Skip has always treated me and my family/friends great, but since he has left it isn’t the same. The last five times I have had problems with filling prescriptions and every single time I’m met with rudeness no matter who it is. Sometimes I have prescriptions sent to a pharmacy out of state, sometimes I have it sent to here depending on the time of year. However that’s apparently too confusing for this place. Just because I get medications filled out of state sometimes doesn’t mean i shouldn’t be able to get it filled here. Just because a prescription is in the system or pending in another pharmacy doesn’t mean I can’t get filled here. As long as I do not physically pick up a prescription at the other pharmacy, I should be able to get the prescription filled here…especially if it was a refill I already called in over the phone and the original script was already from maggys!! My insurance and other pharmacies don’t understand the issue. After being told I can go somewhere else if I’d like while I was explaining the situation and being treated so rudely multiple occasions I will never step foot into this pharmacy again."

"After being stuck on I-95 and missing scheduled COVID testing to cross the border, the owner (Michael) took care of me and my family and helped us in a stressful moment finding a hole is his schedule to take care of us. This man is genuine and good! Great place."

"This pharmacy was amazing. I went there to get a Covid test prior to crossing the boarder to Canada. The pharmacist staff must have noticed on my records that it was my birthday. As they (about 7 or 8 of the employees) brought out my test results, they all sang happy birthday to me! It was very special on a stressful day. My wife and I will remember that special moment for a long time."
