"Called 4x to confirm prescription was ready. Was told “not yet”. Came a few hours later to be told it wasn’t in stock and now it was too late to order for next day. Pick a different pharmacy"

"Terrible service here and their app lies and says you can have your meds delivered in 24 hrs if you pay additional shipping charge of 20 dollars I did this and they still didn’t get my meds shipped in time I had to track them down days later (they weren’t even processed yet after three days and paying for immediate shipping) and now my prescription is out and I had to go in to get them after all of that and just cancel the shipment . No one was apologetic nor even tried to make the issue right. Don’t bother going here there are better pharmacies right in this area that still believe in taking care of pharmacy patients!"

"They have a text system yet the pharmacy won't tell you or doctors if they randomly close. If they do close and you finally get in to get your prescription you will have to wait for over an hour to get your prescription even though there is only 1 other person waiting and your script literally says rush. I live 30 minutes away and it's the closest pharmacy but this is ridiculous, I can't just come back in an hour! Worst pharmacy I've ever been to, staff is rude and annoyed with anyone who comes in. I'm definitely changing pharmacy after this bs. Don't bother with this place."

"I switched pharmacies as their pharmacy isn't as reliable as they used to be. In 2 months time you were closed when you were supposed to be open causing me to be a day late in picking up my prescription, late to work, and being sick at work from not having my meds. I'm sure I wasn't the only one that was. Many medications require a consistency if not they will make you not feel well. Make you look bad to insurance saying you have picked up early the next time your script was due because of being closed as my Dr. office is closed after I get out of work to pick up my prescription. Good luck I know I wasn't thr only who suffered because of you being closed."

"This is the 1st! Usually when you enter Walgreens you get a greeting. Especially at the cash register. This time the young lady named Hannah had absolutely nothing to say to me and she said to me. Other than quoting me how much I owe her and have a good day that was the only customer service dialog!"
