Walgreens Pharmacy 82 Vermont 15, Hardwick, VT 05843

"The pharmacy here is barely functional. It is a chronic problem to have all the verification necessary to have a prescription called in, only to be told that they never received the prescription order, AFTER the doctor has sent in the order more than once. I have driven there, a 20 minute drive, to pick up meds the automatic answering has told me were ready, to be told that they have no record of the med being called in, then calling my doctor who tells me the med was called in a day ago, go back and tell them, and miraculously they find it! They will close without notifying a person whose meds may need to be picked up on Friday, and then are closed for 3 d ays, when the med is essential (for seizures). It was fine as Rite Aid, it was fine as Brooks. If I was closer , I would use one in another town, but that would be an hour drive, and there are many meds that need refilling in my care home.The staff that did work well are miracle workers, but at this point, they are down to one or two."

"Closed without notice on a regular basis. Misusing the notification system alerting people their prescriptions are ready when they are not (this happens almost EVERY time). This pharmacy will only disappoint. Avoid at all costs. I wish cvs would open a location here."

"Nice people. Pharmacy sucks. I will call in a medication a week or a couple days in advance and every time I go to pick it up they either say it’s not ready to be picked up and make me wait an additional half hour or the pharmacy won’t even be open due to messed up hours."

"This branch is terrible. Ever since the switch from Rite-Aid to Walgreens there has been problem after problem. Starting with rotating staff who show little care for their customers to now they are closed completely on weekends and randomly during the week they will be late to open or not open at all. I don't know how this branch is still open."
