While there is one nice person there, they cannot compensate for the extreme rudeness and absolute abandonment of decency and respect exuded by the overall staff and the organization as a whole. If you’ve ever thought that you were treated poorly while in the military, at a VA, the DMV, or by an authority in a foreign country while traveling, book an appointment here and everything will fall into perspective. A forced cavity search in a bamboo prison after being struck with the butt of a rifle leaves you with more dignity than leaving a specimen with these charmers."

I needed to get the kit for collection walked in sat for about 20 minutes then someone finally came out and told me I had to make an appointment to collect the kit. This is terrible customer service. The staff was super rude and not helpful at all. Went to dartmouth instead."
