"You guys have signs for holiday hours, it is Jan 15th. Official store hours say you close at 9pm, myself and 4 other customers wanted to make purchases, wether the manager knows or not the associate tonight chose to close early. Not sure how long the door had been closed, but it was closed at 8:55. Maybe one of the guys waiting outside was their ride? Not sure. Either way closed is closed, but 8:55 isn't exactly closed."
"Pharmacy staff used to be nice. Now they are all just snippy and seem like they hate their jobs. I would switch to a different pharmacy, but I like the convenience of the drive-thru. I just try to avoid in-person contact with the cranky staff at all costs."
"Sitting in line waiting for my Covid test. Got here on time. The red Honda has been at the window for 30 minutes now!!!!! Seriously????? Just stick the swab up your nose and move on!!!! 30 minutes????? CVS staff you need to move this car along like they do at McDonalds make them park off to side until their meds are ready or they work up the nerve to sawn their own nose. I have 7 cars behind me.."
