"Well let's just say 95 % of what was told when purchasing pool, was not true. At one point, I was told my pool would not be in for an additional month. Only to go onto their web page to see an exact pool as mine for sale. I am still waiting for my winter pool cover that was sent to me (NOT). The installation of the pool was a joke, I paid for the installation of my pool. They came ahead of time to check out the ground to see if there was any additional material needed or equipment to prepare the ground; I was told NO. The installers, just kept tell us how good they were. Two days later, I had to order sand for the ground and my son-in-law had to use our tractor to level out the ground. Would never ever go to them for a piece of toilet paper. Good luck to anyone who goes with this company. There isn't anything you can do because they force you to pay everything up front."

"It was the worst business decision I have ever made going with this group. Their correspondence is extremely poor, their timelines are totally inaccurate, and ultimately their work quality is terrible. Throughout the install process (April-October) they managed to alienate themselves from the landscaping group, and the electrician. The electrician claimed that he had to correct much of the sloppy and careless work carried out by Adirondack Pavilion. After everything was said and done, the water line on the pool they installed turned out to be crooked. The landscaping group that they worked with offered to return free of charge, and work with Adirondack Pavilion to fix the issue...at that point Adirondack Pavilion Pools literally disappeared, and it took weeks to get them to return a call or even answer their phone. The woman who answers the phone hung up on me twice and was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. After threatening to go to the BBB, I managed to get a call back from the owner, and they claimed they' would come back in the Spring to fix the issue. Here we are in May, and they have made no effort whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and spend a few extra bucks and hire professionals for your pool install (this group is far from that). At this point I wouldn't even have them back to fix the terrible work they did."

"It’s funny how the two 5 Star reviews come from the owners of the company. My mom had work done on the pool last year, The experience with this company was a nightmare. The liner was not put in correctly and there are wrinkles all over. They did not do what they said they were going to do to fix the leaking as well. In my opinion, they are not qualified under any circumstances to deal with anyone’s pool, even a kitty pool. The 2 other negative reviews are spot on. Their experiences and my experience with this company are all the same. In my opinion, to protect your sanity and wallet please use a qualified pool company. One with better reviews than this one."

"Will not even buy chlorine from this company!! Some advice when working with this company: 1. Do NOT pay your final installment until ALL the work is completed. My husband had to take a day off of work to finish the back fill process with a wheel barrow because they were "too busy" with other jobs. We have 3 dogs and 2 children - a 2 foot gully around our pool was not a safe option. 2. Know that this company will NOT, under any circumstances, work in the rain or on a day that there is a threat of rain (it's in the contract that you sign).They will not even deliver stairs that you have been waiting on for over 2 months. On July 1st I was told that the upgraded stairs - that we had been waiting for since the end of May when the pool was installed - were loaded onto the truck on Saturday morning but because of a downpour they decided not to deliver anything that day. I had to borrow a neighbors truck and pick them up myself with the help of my 13 year old daughter. It was not raining when I picked them up nor was it raining when we installed them ourselves! The owners were actually selling a pool upon my arrival. Felt bad for that guy... 3. The initial visit will be great, they will promise you the moon and appear to be very helpful - until they get their last payment. 4. They will blame the poor distributor for delays in products such as upgraded stairs. 5. Know that there are certain pool water companies that will NOT work with them. - We had to literally beg a local water to come out and fill our pool on Memorial Day weekend after they found out who installed our pool. I wanted to give this company a good review when we first started working with them but the relationship went from good to bad to worse. I was so incredibly disappointed in their customer service. They did nothing on their end to even attempt to make things right."

"Tried to arrange for someone to open our pool. Was told all workers are busy and she would talk to them to determine a time. Never got a call back. Tried several more times, not pressuring but hoping to schedule something in the future for whenever they might be available. Was told they were unable to schedule. Too busy. When I asked if I should go elsewhere, expressing that I would prefer their service, the woman said go ahead and hung up on me! Got to wonder how things would go with any warranty issue!! Bad customer service."
