"I was happy with the first time I went here. Then the next all my nails shattered on top and they didn’t shape my nails as I asked(not a big deal, as I can live with square over oval) They expressed they think it was the top coat they were using and have changed it. They said we will fix it. Then charged me full price to fix it. I asked why and they said due to I came back after 7 days from my nails being done and not right away. If they told me they were charging me from the start, I would have left and gone to a new place and paid them. Yet they said they had issues with their product. Horrible customer service. Mind you, I go 3 weeks between getting my nails done. Luckily I have amazing ladies that do my nails and I have never had an issue such as this from them. And they actually listen to what I want."

"The pedicure was amazing!! However I got a full set of acrylics as well and all of the nails are a different shape, they have dips and divots in the surface and the polish was not evenly done. I spent nearly 200 dollars on both services and will need to spend more to get them fixed elsewhere. Two days post pedicure I did go to get my nails fixed and was told the gel polish wasn’t dry on my fingers upon looking at my toes I’m noticing what look like bubbles in the polish. I’m absolutely appalled considering I was charged an additional 15$ on top of the 75$ charge for the pedicure for the gel polish."

"I’ve gotten my nails done twice now by Melina and they were flawless both times! She’s detail oriented, takes her time, and is not rough with my hands. The only person who can do almond shape the way I like it so I’ll be coming back often!"
