"Reserved fat bikes for a winter tour, for Saturday 20th of January 2024. Filled in all the information, had the e-mail confirmation that they would be ready - but when we showed up, they were not available, and are not even offered in winter. We spend a significant amount of time to drive up to this specific store, and all they could offer was a quick 'sorry'. There was no attempt to help us to still salvage our day, by getting fat bikes from a different store for example. Therefore, one star for this very negative experience. I would recommend renting from a different store, who stick to their commitments."
"Got my ski’s tuned up. Great work with the wax, edge sharpening, and ding repair. On top of the quality work, they made sure to get my skis ready first thing in the morning. Would recommend."
"The BEST place to get your skis tuned and boots fitted correctly! Had 3 pairs done by them and they are super consistent. Very knowledgeable staff and friendly! They will go above and beyond to provide the best customer experience with a fast turn around time. Thank you!"
"Awesome shop! Thank you Randy and Bill for fitting me with a great pair of Salomon Ski boots. Highly responsive boots and definitely the most comfortable that I have ever owned."
"I went to them to change my handle bar tape for my next cycling trip. My other one was starting to fall apart after 6,000 miles (across the US and down from Alaska to Seattle, all types of weather conditions). I barely rode 400 miles and this new tape is unraveling. I felt like I was dismissed when I emphasized I needed long lasting quality, and this shows that I was. I can't imagine what is the quality of more important bicycle fixes."
