"Good experience. Glad they were open late the night we arrived (11pm) - really saved us time and improved comfort in the morning. Some suggested areas of improvement: - Maybe because it was a late time, one employee was mistaken on advice for snow goggles. They said you can't have 100% uv protection, which is incorrect. They must have confused it with polarization? Decreased my confidence that they had knowledge about the products. - They also did not tell me the goggle I got was more for teens / a smaller frame, when I should have gotten a larger frame and said it was a requirement. - The front door said 20% of all items but it was confusing what counted as an item, and they only took off 17% (not a big deal, probably just a cultural difference of the town/looser calculation standard from rounding)"

"If I could give higher I would. Everyone in there is friendly, polite, helpful and go beyond typical customer service. And, most importantly, their rental equipment is great with lots of options &they asked a lot of questions to be sure we had the right stuff. Also helped us out with some new equipment we needed at discounted costs since we were renting. I've been to other shops and this is the best IMHO. All shops are half the Killington rentals prices but way more bang for your buck here. Thanks for everything, made a great ski trip even better!"

"Brian is the best boot fitter!! I almost quit skiing yesterday with fulcrum vacuums. After an hour meet with the boss ingot to ski for a whole day no issue. Great local shop! Great people. Strongly encourage anyone in skiing to check this shop out"
