"Thought I found someone that I could work with but true colors just came out. While I accepted slow responses to calls and text messages, and even an attempt to bill extra charges for work that was not done, the most disappointing thing now is their rejection of work because I will not give them "undivided attention" or every bit of my business. Sad to say but they are unprofessional and do not provide business-like treatment of a customer."

"Cool Pools installed a new pool for us (Spring 2020), and everything went extremely well on a particularly challenging site. Colin (the owner) is professional and very knowledgeable. We needed chemicals mid-summer (had a problem with Algae), and he walked us through exactly what to do and dropped off the chemicals we needed. I highly recommend Cool Pools for a new pool, pool service, or pool chemicals. They are very friendly and easy to work with."
