"Thank you pharmacy staff for continuing to show up. I would like it if you could change the phone number on file so that I get messages for my medications instead of my wife but apparently that's not something you can do? Also when somebody picks up medication for an individual, isn't it typically standard operating procedure to give them all of the prescriptions for that individual?"
"Horrible pharmacy I’ve had them for a year and a half now only to have prescriptions never ready after receiving a text from cvs saying they were, on top of that they lose insurance files left and right"
"The worst, unqualified, and rude pharmacist I have ever seen. Today, the 11th of March, 2023 around 5:00 pm, I went to the CVS to get my eye medication approved by my health insurance, the lazy pharmacist rejected to help, and contact the Xiidra company to get a coupon to waive my medication cost. She said to me to go to the manufacturer's website and get the coupon. I told her " I have been taking Xiidra medication for several years from this CVS, the previous pharmacists were doing that and getting the coupon for me. Can you please, help me?" She replied, " we are no longer doing that, we have other customers, go and do it, and she turned her back on me and ignored me.". She is so rude and an unqualified pharmacist. There is a huge difference between her and the previous pharmacists. The previous pharmacists were qualified, good humans, and polite. They were doing their best to help me get Xiidra medication as they are humans knowing that my life is impossible without this medication. If there were some pharmacists like the new one I met today, no one would go to CVS and this drugstore would go bankrupt. By the way, all the other people working in this CVS are great except this rude new pharmacist. I will make a phone call to CVS to complain about her rude treatment of me. I wish I could give less than 1 star."
"Every time I call the pharmacy I sit on hold for ages. Today it was 18.5 minutes when I had to give up and hang up. I can't take time off from my job each time I need to call. A second issue is randomly and frequently closing the drive-through. I walk with a cane or walker, so end up dragging this stuff out of my car and tramping through an entire store full of probable sick people. I have many health issues and chose a pharmacy with a drive-through so i would not have to walk through snow and ice, or potentially expose myself to illness in this severe viral season. But I do now, because they so often close the drive through. One side of the drive through has also been broken for over a year. While I was happy with the pharmacy in the beginning, it has seriously devolved in the last couple of years. Extremely poor customer service re; phones and accessibility for those with disabilities."
"Really disappointed and disgusted today at Barre, CVS. I went to pick up the monthly prescription, that I've been taking for 10 years, and the young woman at the register informed me, without batting an eyelash, that there is a national shortage of my medication, and so no prescription for me, until around, well, maybe April. She coolly asked, "Didn't anyone call or text you?" When I said "No," she offered no explanation or apology. Rather, she informed that I should call other pharmacies to see who might be able to fill it, and then notify my doctor of the same, who will then have to write a new Rx. She still didn't bat an eyelash, and neither did the pharmacist in scrubs behind the counter as he kept his head down and ignored this entire interaction.Terrible customer service that left me feeling like I needed to take a shower as soon as I got home."
