"Some of the people there are total jerks. There was one guy at the front window who took my change and then closed the window giving me NO CUE to pull forward. Then he opened it and acted EXTREMELY sarcastic. People like that shouldn't be allowed to talk to drivers in my opinion because it makes the driver become very emotional and can cause them or other people in the car to get hurt. Bad idea for an extremely populated area. At least the food is good..."
"I used to get great service here, but the last time I went through the drive thru, I got a kid who was joking with his co-worker laughing and handed me my food. I didn't get a straw and had to go back, the fries were cold and like rubber. I had so much ketchup on my cheeseburger, I used it to drown the cold fries. It was falling in globs!!"
