"Management was disrespectful to, and yelled at, my mother today while she was trying to purchase propane. She tried to pay over the phone, and the staff member, by mistake, was reading every number of her debit card back to her out loud. She asked him to stop, for obvious privacy reasons. Later, management came out to her car and yelled at her, pointing at her and behaving very angrily, telling her off for “yelling at” their employee (which was definitely not her intention!) This manager refused to apologize and evidently thought he was perfectly in the right to yell at a customer like that. Management also has a history of disrespect and angry outbursts toward employees. As a former Jerihill employee of over a year, I normally would not air grievances publicly, but when it comes to my mother, that’s a different story. She has been a paying regular customer for over a decade and deserves more respect than that. Because of management’s poor decisions, Jerihill has been bleeding employees, and now they are bleeding customers."

"They are always right at the door, quick to help you find what you need - but will also leave you to browse, if you prefer. They're currently (July 2016) completely re-doing the store, so you have to go over to the warehouse next door for most things and then come back to pay, so that's a little unwieldy but manageable. Update 2022: Same helpful staff as before and the store is much bigger and better organized now!"

"Great supply of products and they even carry some things Home Depot doesn't. For small projects I come here in order to save time driving to HD. Staff is very friendly and able to help with projects. Returns are very easy as I am prone to not get sizing right."
