"I have had good experience with this Aubuchon's in the past, but this experience was disappointing. They encourage people to order on line and do a store pickup by offering a discount. I placed an order on line based on what their on-line inventory showed was in stock. It turns out one of the products that I really wanted was cancelled because it wasn't, in fact, in stock. I got a notice that said the order was ready, so I went to pick it up. Their definition of "ready" included me having to drive out back to the greenhouse and grab a heavy bag of potting soil and loading it in the car myself. Given that I have a bad back I wasn't happy. Very disappointing despite the discount."
