"A week before Christmas our dog of over a decade fell very ill. Sit cam on quickly and progressed to total organ failure in 3 days. When we made the decision to send him off peacefully, I put in a call to the Urgent care as our vet was an hour away and most likely closed by this time. I don't remember who answered the phone but they immediately understood and gave us an immediate opening and held the room until we showed up. 2 vet techs met us and allowed us to stay with him the entire time. Their compassion and empathy made those last difficult moments as comfortable and peaceful as possible. Thank you to the wonderfully understanding and caring staff. M."

"I really wish I could give 0 stars. You’re not really allowed inside, so they have to take your dog. I didn’t love that, but it seemed ok. They called me to say they were ready and then proceeded to keep my dog in a crate in the back for hours on end. I dropped her off for an exam at 1 pm and the entire ordeal wasn’t done well until after 5pm. They found a genetic defect in my puppy and refused to contact the breeder, or make the records available. They were not forthcoming with information or helpful at all. I’d do just about anything to avoid this place. Terrible experience with a doctor that would never show her face and a staff that wasn’t kind or helpful. If I were that doctor I’d be ashamed of myself, even if it is Covid, she doesn’t seem concerned with exposing her staff. It was incredibly expensive in addition to that so unless your dog is currently dying I’d avid going here."

"They helped us out in a pinch when our Frenchie got loose and decided to wrestle with a porcupine. Parking is a bit tight, but easily visible from the road. Great staff asked all the right questions and got him taken care of quickly. Nice follow-up the next days after as well! Thank you!"
