"I rarely leave reviews (only if something is exceptionally bad or good). Think twice before using this company as your RV service center (or frankly to purchase). I was a potential new customer (though hadn't purchased my RV through them), and needed some warranty work done on my Winnebago. Leah in Customer Service was friendly enough, but on my last call, when I expressed concern about the lack of follow up on my issue, she told me that they are so busy that they don't need my business and that I am free to go somewhere else. This wasn't the first time she gave me the message - that my business wasn't valuable. WOW - does the owner know that Customer Service is giving this message???! I've never had a customer service agent let me know so bluntly that my business is not needed or wanted. DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK - I WOULDN'T DO IT. Here's why this is bad for you, Outdoor Sports Center: you will not get my business when I upgrade my starter RV for a larger, more expensive one. I will also tell at least 20-50 other people who are looking to buy or upgrade their RV not to buy from your company because they will not get the service that they deserve. You are using a short-sided business strategy. 9/6/23 - To get the warranty work done, I called Camping World in West Boylston, MA and from the start they treated me very well. They were friendly and helpful. I NEVER felt like they didn't want my business."

"The family at OSC has a customer for life! I had used them for service in the post and that was always outstanding so that’s where I headed when it was time to make a purchase. And again it was a very pleasant experience."
